- Installers — skilled hands who can install and finish doors to a high standard. Your own tools and a reliable vehicle are a plus. Paid as a subcontractor.
- Field Sales Representatives — personable people comfortable meeting homeowners in person and turning a conversation into a booked job, across a mix of warm and cold leads. Commission-based, no cap.
